We supply, install and maintain technical systems, accessories and consumables.

Our engineering workforce comprises a dedicated team of skilled engineers that cover a wide range of hardware and software products across mainland UK and Ireland. Up to date training and a broad range of available skills allows us to deliver a comprehensive service to our customers, all backed with a superb technical support team.
Our service centre provides real-time call coordination and contract management, and is staffed by technical individuals to provide first line support to both customers and engineers. Our workshop undertakes off-site maintenance and repair, custom builds and specialised delivery services.

Our field engineering workforce is supported by a technical service desk and "on the road" product specialists. Each problem logged with us is continually monitored against timed targets to ensure that the issue is not only resolved but resolved quickly and with as little impact as possible to our customers operations. Our logistics network is managed to provide spare parts at the earliest opportunity and includes 8 field stores and over 20 next day collection depots.
